Under 9’s – 3rd Division Promotion!!
Dukinfield Youth White’s played superbly to take them in to the 3rd Division with a great 8-2 win overall over Marple. The first game was where the goals came from with a 6-1 win. Dukinfield excellently move the ball around causing Marple all kind of problems dragging them from left to right before finishing beautifully every time. The goal scorers were Tyler, Reis, Jake,and Thomas.
The Man of the Match going to Tyler because of his fantastic hat-trick. The game was “squeaky bum time” for Dukinfield as Marple added the pressure on them. The pressure was relieved when Josh scored a wonderful goal to take them in to the lead. Marple came back in the second half making it harder for Dukinfield to move the ball around and the pressure paid off for Marple as they scored a corner to
bring it back to 1-1. 
Dukinfield showed the class and determination to win the game though and with seconds remaining Patrick placed a header into the corner of the net giving Dukinfield a 2-1 win in the second game. The goal scorers for this game were Josh and Patrick, with the Man of the Match going to Louis because of the pace and work rate he showed through the game. Thanks to these two win Dukinfield Whites are now in the 3rd Division giving the boy something to look forward to after the summer.
